It is used to add or change a picture from the year book for a user.

• It can be used to add a picture per school year.
• If the user is a professor, his picture will be displayed for all the classes from the selected school year in the year book.
• The director/secretary or Adservio representative will have full acccess to add pictures in the year book for every user.
